Please record a complete and continuous unboxing video while opening your package. Make sure the package, shipping label, product, and all contents are clearly visible.

2. Contact Us Within 24 Hours

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Registered Mobile Number or Email
• Complete Unboxing Video
• Clear Photos of the Product
• Photos of the Packaging
• Short Description of the Issue

4. Claim Review

Our support team will review your request and the evidence provided.

Once your claim is reviewed, we will contact you with the next steps.

5. Refund or Exchange

If your claim is approved, we may provide:

Refund: The approved refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method communicated by our team.

Exchange: An eligible product may be exchanged, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, another appropriate resolution may be offered.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved and initiated, the time required for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• A complete unboxing video is strongly required for damage or incorrect-product claims.
• Please do not send any product back without receiving instructions from our support team.
